Return Policy

At IndustryNest Corporation, we prioritize your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you need to return an item, we strive to make the process as straightforward as possible. Please carefully review the following terms to ensure your return request meets the necessary conditions:
- Return Notification: IndustryNest must be notified of returns within 14 days of delivery, and the product(s) must be received within 30 days for a full refund to be issued.
- Return Authorization: All returns require an IndustryNest-issued RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and must include a copy of the IndustryNest RMA form.
- Condition of Returns: Products must be in their original manufacturer’s packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged. Any used products or products missing original parts, packaging, or literature will not be accepted. Items damaged during installation are also non-returnable.
- Restocking Fees:
- Items returned after 30 days but before 60 days will incur a 30% restocking fee.
- Electronic and replacement parts are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Refund Issuance: Refunds will be processed only after IndustryNest receives and verifies that the returned products are unopened and in working order.
- Incorrect Shipments: If we shipped the wrong product, you may return it without a restocking fee, provided it is unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- Products Purchased in Error: Some products may be returned without a restocking fee for up to 30 days (excluding crimpers, electric chillers, electronic parts, compressors, replacement parts, and filtration systems), as long as they are unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Bearings, lamps, batteries, cut hoses, compressors.

Return Process
- Contact IndustryNest Customer Service: To initate a return, contact us by email or call us at +1-847-466-5459. You will receive an RMA number and a completed RMA form, which must be included in your return shipment. Returns sent without the IndustryNest-issued RMA number and form may face delays, processing fees, or rejection.
- Pack Your Item(s) Securely: Place the item(s) in the original product packaging, ensuring all paperwork, parts, and accessories are included. All returned items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
- Ship Your Return: Use the carrier of your choice to send your return package to the address provided on your RMA form. We recommend that you obtain a tracking number or delivery confirmation from the carrier to ensure timely delivery.
- Receive Your Refund: Refunds, including taxes paid (minus shipping and restocking fees) will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please note that all refunds are subject to approval before issuance.
Returning Incorrectly Shipped Parts
At IndustryNest Corporation, we carefully check every order before it is shipped. However, if you happen to receive an incorrect product, please notify customer service within 14 days of the delivery date by email or calling 1-847-466-5459. If the incorrect product is reported after 14 days, IndustryNest will not cover shipping costs associated with the return and replacement of the item(s).
For the quickest replacement, we can place a new order and ship the correct item(s) to you as soon as possible. The full amount of the original order will be credited back to you once we receive the returned product(s). If you choose not to place a new order, the replacement item(s) will only be shipped after we receive your returned item(s).
To return an incorrectly shipped part, simply follow the Return Process instructions. Incorrectly shipped parts are subject to the same terms and conditions as all other returns, except where otherwise noted above.
Received Defective Product
If you receive a defective product, please report it to us within 14 days from the delivery date. Once we confirm the product is defective, we will replace it at no additional charge. For reports received after 14 days from the delivery date, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return.
If you choose to return the defective product without seeking a replacement, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
To return a defective product, simply follow the instructions under Return Process section. Please ensure the returned defective product includes all original packaging, literature, parts, and accessories. A refund will be issued once the product is received at our site and confirmed to be defective.
Product Damaged In Transit
Please inspect all packages carefully before signing for them. If a package appears to have been damaged in any way during shipping, do not sign for it. If you are unsure whether the product is damaged, open the package in front of the delivery driver before signing. If you find any damage, refuse the delivery and immediately contact IndustryNest customer service with a detailed description of the damage.
If a damaged package is left at your door, please contact IndustryNest customer service with a description of the damage within 3 days of receiving the package. To comply with our carrier’s policies and to provide a free-of-charge replacement for the damaged product(s), damage must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, claims made after 3 days cannot be accepted.
Electronic & Replacement Parts
All replacement parts, electronic components, and products containing electronics or motors -- such as thermostats, controls, zone valves, replacement cartridges, pumps, power heads, water heaters, boilers, heaters -- are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the items are damaged or defective.
Warranty Issues
IndustryNest honors the manufacturer’s warranty on all products sold through our website IndustryNestParts.com. If you encounter any warranty-related issues, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance in processing your claim.
Special & Custom Orders
Orders for custom, special, or non-stocking products are non-returnable unless they are found to be defective. Any item classified as a special-order and/or non-stocking product will have this clearly indicated in the product description. Examples of such orders include crimpers, crimper dies, custom hydraulic hose assemblies, and products marked as non-refundable.
Custom hydraulic hose assemblies are built to according to customer-provided specifications. Once these custom assemblies are shipped, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. Hose lengths are measured from one end of the fitting to the other end of the fitting, and for elbow fittings, the hose length is calculated to the midpoint of the bend. IndustryNest is not responsible for errors in measurements submitted by customers for custom orders.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please notify IndustryNest by phone as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be processed before the order has shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, you will need to initiate return by contacting IndustryNest customer service. Please refer to the Return Process section for detailed instructions. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges associated with canceled orders.
Changing Your Order Before Shipment
If you need to make changes to an order before it ships, please contact IndustryNest customer service immediately after placing an order. Be prepared to provide your order number and company information. We work diligently to ship orders as quickly as possible, and your order may ship within just a few hours of being placed. Once the order has left our warehouse, unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes.
