We prioritize prompt shipping, and all orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible through the carrier selected at checkout. Return & Replacements

IndustryNest accepts returns and provides replacement parts according to the policies outlined on our Return Policy page. You must notify us of returns within 14 days ofreceiving your order, and the product(s) must be returned within 30 days. Items received after 30 days, but before 60 days, are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We do not accept returns beyong 60 days.

All returns must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all parts. included An RMA number issued by IndustryNest is required for all returns. Refunds and replacements will be processed only after inspection. Please note that not all items are returnable.

 

Ordering

All orders must be placed through IndustryNestParts.com website. Customers can add items to their shopping cart by selecting 'Add to Cart' on the product page. To review the contents of your cart, click 'My Cart' located at the top right of the page. When ready to purchase, select 'Checkout' at the top of the webpage to go directly to your shopping cart and follow the instructions on screen to complete the transaction.

Prices are subject to change at the discretion of IndustryNest Corporation without prior notice.In the case of typographical errors on IndustryNestParts.com, including incorrect pricing, IndustryNest Corporation reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders, even if payment has been processed. Should an order be canceled after your credit card has been charged, a full refund will be issued for the amount charged.
